Built in 2017, this home features 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and a 2-bedroom mortgage helper suite. The family room and front entry welcome you with soaring 18-foot ceilings and a wood wall and ceiling feature complete with a sophisticated metal inlay. The wood feature is situated above a Carrara marble fireplace providing a modern take on old world charm. The master bathroom is a relaxing retreat with a spa-like ambiance, featuring full height tiles in soft natural tones and Scandinavian inspired wood veneer cabinetry. A cozy two-sided fireplace connects the master bedroom and the Jacuzzi tub, creating a romantic and soothing atmosphere. All home furnishings were selected and procured separately by the Homeowner.

This cozy + contemporary family home is the result of a fruitful collaboration with Manny Billan, a skilled Real-estate Agent and Developer. JLA Studios was brought on to provide an interior design package that included the selection of finishes, fixtures and equipment that matched the style and budget of the client. We also provided the custom millwork package, as well as the exterior material and colour scheme that enhanced the curb appeal of the home. This was the first of four projects that we successfully completed together, each with its own unique features capturing the taste and style of each homeowner.
